Rules FineArt-Portugal

  • CHAPTER I
  • 1 - The site FinerArt Portugal.com-owned group TecnolabDigital.com
  • 2 - users are people who voluntarily undertake the act of registration on the site fineart-portugal.com.

  • 8 - The works approved and outlined in fineart-portugal.com solely reflect the personal taste of the curatorial team and their qualifications as experts in the field of photography.

  • CHAPTER II (prohibitions)

    29 - Registration and IP address of users will be saved and presented to the judicial authorities in case of violation of law.
    30 - Has the right to cancel the registration of any user, remove comments or photographs that may have interpretations that are contrary to legal norms in force or rules of use of the site;

    34 - The Administration of fineart-portugal.com has the right to change the above rules at any time without notice.
    35 - The Administration of fineart-portugal.com intends to build an art gallery with high quality standards, outside the usual standards of publishing sites online photo, photo-blogs and others whose standards are unsuccessful in relation to the component social and entertainment.
